Broadway Babies: Ages 3-4. A one hour a week class of instruction for pre-schoolers. Children learn creative movement, coordination and rhythmic skills. This class combines singing and dancing and provided a foundation in confidence and presence for any young performer! Ballet slippers required.

Hip-Hop, Tap, Ballet Combo: For beginners. Class consists of stretching and barre work, as well as center and combination work where students can learn the fundamentals of the different styles of dance. The 90 minute class is divided up into Hip-Hop/Jazz, Ballet and Tap!

Mat Pilates: Pilates tones and shapes the body thorough strengthening the core and increasing flexibility. Pilates will focus on the abdominals, forming a strong base, and then work on other muscle groups, such as legs and arms. Pilates, taught by a certified instructor, works the body in its proper alignment, within weeks you’ll walk taller, have better posture, and feel stronger. Bring an exercise mat!

Musical Theater: Available for all abilities. Become a “triple treat” while preparing for the stage. Sing, dance and act all at the same time! Learn dance routines from popular Broadway shows and perform scenes from hit musicals.

Yoga: (all levels): Taught by a certified Yoga instructor, the focus of this class is an introduction to basic yoga poses and healthy alignment. Here you will practice standing asana (poses) such as Mountain, Warrior, Downward Facing Dog as well as seated poses.  Yoga also incorporates yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques – great for stress relief and overall relaxation.

Yoga for Seniors:You are not too old for Yoga! Here is the Yoga class designed for Senior Citizens that will surely make you feel young again. Taught by a certified instructor, Yoga for Seniors is a gentle class incorporating range of movement exercises, alignment, stretching, strengthening, awareness, breathing and relaxation to refresh, energize, improve posture, deepen breathing and improve sense of well-being.  This class can be done entirely sitting in a chair or standing.

Zumba: Taught by a certified instructor. Zumba is an international fitness dance program. Zumba is a high energy, cardio-packed 50 minute class. You will sweat off those unwanted calories while having fun! Zumba includes styles of dance such as, Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaton, Calypso, Samba, Belly Dancing, African, and many more! Ditch the workout and join the party!

Zumba Gold: is similar to Zumba but suited for the active older adult and senior.  Zumba Gold is taken at a slower pace.

Zumbatomic: For ages 8-15. Sure, chillin’ out is cool. But rockin’ out is a blast! It’s a fast-forward fusion of the Zumba program’s moves (Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Hip-Hop and more) and high-octane workouts designed to let kids max out on fun and fitness all at the same time. Safe and effective, kids can’t wait to get into the Zumbatomic groove taught by a certified instructor. Watch their energy and fitness levels soar as they get the groove.

One-hour classes in ballet, hip-hop/jazz, tap, lyrical/contemporary, are offered to beginner, intermediate and advanced students based on ability:

Ballet- Classes focus on building strength, poise, proper body alignment, turnout and extension in an expressive atmosphere.  Ballet is the basis of all dance disciplines.

Tap-develops rhythm and sound coordination skills in an upbeat class.

Hip-hip-combines street jazz and funk styles in a high-energy class, developing technique, self-confidence and stage performance.

Jazz- Jazz is a fun filled class focused on improving technique, strength, and flexibility which will enhance student’s jumps, turns, and stage performance.

Lyrical/Contemporary-tells a story through dance and combines classical ballet, modern and jazz technique. This class develops strength, flexibility and balance with a strong ballet base.

Boys Only: No girls allowed! Boys will develop Tap skills and hip-hop skills in these high-energy fun classes.

Ballroom: An introduction into the social world of ballroom and Latin dancing! Have a fantastic time learning the basics of different ballroom and Latin dancing. Private lessons are available.

Acting: designed to prepare actors of varying ages for the stage. Students will explore character development, perform monologues, and work through scenes with others in the class. Students will learn how to feel comfortable on stage in front of an audience.

Vocal Technique: A small group lesson designed for children of varying abilities and experience. These classes are designed to develop musical skills and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. They will learn ear training skills, a sense of pitch and rhythm while involving games and teamwork.

Performance Team: Enjoy performing? This team is for you, a fun and nurturing non-competitive group that performs an additional 4-5 times a year. Importance of school spirit, good sportsmanship and team effort are taught. (Must be enrolled in a minimum of two dance classes to be on the team).

Private Voice Lessons: Whether you’re a beginner or have been singing for years, these private 45-minute voice lessons for kids, teens and adults, focus on strength, range, stamina and control and will take your voice to the next level.

Private Piano Lessons: Piano lessons for children, teens and adults are designed to meet individual needs and desires. Level of intensity is geared to student’s age, talent and goals.
